Account & Sign-in
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot passwordon the sign-in screen. We’ll send a reset code to your email address.
- Didn’t receive a verification email?Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, tap Resend code on the verification screen or contact us.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Profile → Security → Delete account. Your personal data is removed within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Folio & Profile
- Who can see my profile? A basic contact card is always public at your profile URL. Your full Folio — resume, work history, and details — is only shown after you publish it via Profile → Security → Publish my profile.
- How do I share my Folio?Open the app, tap your profile, and use the QR code or copy your personal link (flinqit.com/u/<your-id>).
- Can I update my profile photo? Yes — tap your avatar on the Profile screen and select a new photo from your library.
Resume Parsing
- Which file formats are supported? PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 10 MB.
- How long does parsing take? Usually under 30 seconds. Complex or image-heavy PDFs may take longer.
- Some fields weren’t filled correctly.AI parsing isn’t perfect — review and edit each section after import. You can always fill in fields manually.
Privacy & Data
- How is my data stored? See the Privacy Policy for a full breakdown of what we collect and how we use it.
- Request a copy of your data. Email support@flinqit.com with the subject line Data request. We respond within 30 days.
Technical Issues
- The app is crashing or loading slowly. Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall — your data is stored securely on our servers and will sync back after sign-in.
- Push notifications aren’t arriving.Check that notifications are enabled for Flinqit in your device’s system settings.
